Techno-Commercial Bid were opened in presence of Consultants,
Bidders & Members of Purchase Committee.
Part-I was opened and
Part-II containing techno-commercial bid was handed over to MECON
Ltd., Ranchi for evaluation of Tender Paper and deciding the
eligibility or otherwise of the tenderers. Part-III containing
price bid will be opened after the evaluation of Techno-Commercial
bid by MECON Ltd., Ranchi. The MECON’s report will also be
available on the web site.
